Corran Webster is the founder of Unital Software, which aims to enable sustainable development of open source scientific and data visualization software, offering consulting, software development, and training services. They held multiple roles at Enthought from 2019 to 2021, including Managing Director, Strategic Technologies; Principal Engineer, UI/UX and Data Visualization; Director of Consulting, Europe; and Managing Director, Technology and Solutions Engineering. They were an Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1999 to 2006 and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University from 1997 to 1999. They served as Chief Scientist at Compudigm International in 2008. They earned a PhD in Pure Mathematics from UCLA (1992–1997) and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Pure Mathematics from UNSW (1988–1991).
