Alina Shperkin Shraiber

Alina Shperkin Shraiber is an experienced Project Manager and IT System Analyst with a robust background in implementing information systems across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager IS Analyst and Oracle HCM Implementor at Unitask Group since April 2022, Alina manages IS project implementations for diverse clients and oversees project schedules, milestone tracking, and post-deployment support while collaborating with global teams. Prior to this role, Alina worked at Israel Aerospace Industries from May 2005 to April 2022, leading complex HRIS projects for an organization with 15,000 employees and engaging in diverse HR processes. Earlier experience includes managing information system projects in major Israeli hospitals at Ness Digital Engineering and programming roles at Calanit- Make IT Simple. Alina holds an MBA in Information Technology and Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
