Kateryna Koshkina

Kateryna Koshkina, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources and operations. Kateryna is currently the Country Manager Ukraine and VP HR & Operations CEE at Unitask Group, a position they have held since June 2018. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at Materialise from April 2017 to May 2018. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Aegon Life, where they held various roles including HR Director and Executive Director of HR, Marketing, and Communications. At Aegon Life, they played a key role in building a successful insurance company in the Ukrainian market, achieving significant growth and high employee engagement. Before that, they were the Head of HR at Sandora from 2006 to 2008, where they were involved in creating a transparent and goal-oriented work environment. Kateryna began their career as a Deputy HR Director at "ALMI" distribution company from 2003 to 2005, gaining experience in recruitment, training, and development. Kateryna also has teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer at Odessa National University from 2000 to 2005.

Kateryna Koshkina, SHRM-SCP, has a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Master's degree in Psychology from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Kateryna also attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School from 2014 to 2015, studying Marketing. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
