Taner Dagdelen is the Co-founder and CEO of Unite Genomics, Inc., a health technology company focused on connecting patients and data to expedite research for incurable diseases such as ALS, a role held since December 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Researcher at AMPLab, where software tools for analyzing genomic and phenotypic data were developed, and as the Founder and Managing Director of Catalyst@Berkeley, a health-tech incubator for students, from August 2013 to May 2016. Additional positions include a Research Associate Intern at Genentech, where experiments related to the pyroptosis pathway were conducted, a Student Researcher at UC Berkeley's Dueber Lab focusing on plasmid design and engineered microbial applications, and a Volunteer Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, working on multiple sclerosis research. Taner Dagdelen holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2016.
