Emma Pocknee

Emma Pocknee has extensive experience in customer and student experience management, currently serving as the Student Experience Team Leader at Unite Students since February 2020. Previous roles at Unite Students include Student Experience Manager, Customer Experience Projects Manager, and Sales and Service Supervisor. Prior to this, Emma worked at John Lewis & Partners as a Brand Experience Partner and held various management positions at White Stuff, including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. Emma's early career included roles at GANT Global and River Island. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at The Open University, expected to complete in 2025.
