Lenka Bystrianska

Lenka Bystrianska has extensive experience in healthcare and human resources, currently serving as the Health Resource Team Manager at UNITE HERE HEALTH since December 2004. In this role, Lenka supervises a team of 12 Service Representatives, overseeing participant service functions such as eligibility screening and phone services. Previously, Lenka held positions including Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting executive staff, coordinating meetings, and organizing health fairs, as well as serving as a Benefits Representative, advising participants on benefits and resolving eligibility issues. Prior to joining UNITE HERE HEALTH, Lenka worked as a Human Resource Representative at Tropicana Casino & Resort. Lenka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Rowan University.
