Phillip Leal

Phillip also has experience at UnitedHealth Group as a Project Manager/Project Lead, Zenith American Solutions, Inc. as the Manager of Information Systems, and California State University, Chancellor's Office as a Lead Software Engineer. Phillip began their career at UC Berkeley College of Engineering as a Programmer Analyst IV.
