Karen Mallett, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Certified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP), has over two decades of professional experience, currently serving as a Mortgage Repayment Specialist at Computershare since December 2003 and as a Senior Union Representative at Unite the Union since December 2009. Previously, Karen held the position of Operational Manager at Northern Rock from November 2007 to November 2011 and worked briefly as a Mortgage Adviser at Computershare UK in December 2003. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Employment Law, Human Resources Development from Newcastle College, a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (England), and numerous other certifications focused on Human Resources and Management from reputable institutions, including the University of Hull and Newcastle College.
