Rae Durrant is an experienced Lived Experience Facilitator at The National Autistic Society since December 2022 and a Lived Experience Consultant at KP SOCIAL CARE TRAINING LIMITED. As the founder of NDQ Consultancy, Rae provides consulting services with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion, leveraging 14 years of corporate experience in compliance within the banking, insurance, and pensions sectors. Rae has served as a Unite Workplace & Equalities Representative and has held roles as Compliance Monitoring Manager at GI, Health, Life & Pensions, and Co-Chair of the UK Disabled Colleague Resource Group. Rae is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, having established the Disability and Wellbeing employee network and contributed to various initiatives focusing on LGBTQIA+, disability, and neurodivergence. Rae holds an LLB in Law from the University of Essex, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
