Alexa Louis, MBA, has extensive experience in client relationship management and project development. Currently serving as Network Success Manager II and previously as Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us since September 2020, Alexa has progressively advanced in roles that emphasize consultative partnerships and strategic development. Formerly, Alexa worked as Director of Project Development and External Affairs for the Municipality of Port-au-Prince from July 2016 to June 2020, and held multiple client-facing positions at Voya Financial, Nationwide Financial, and Putnam Investments/Mercer HR Services, specializing in retirement plans and client engagement. Educationally, Alexa holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Sciences in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
