Courtney Pellegrini is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing within the technology and health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Marketing Manager at Unite Us since October 2021, Courtney leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and product-focused marketing campaigns. Previously, Courtney held several roles at Performance Health Partners, including Product Marketing Manager, where strategic marketing initiatives for software products were implemented. With a foundational background in marketing and project management roles at Resilia and Muddy Dog Roasting Co., alongside internships in various organizations, Courtney has honed skills in brand strategy, social media marketing, and B2B email campaigns. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, as well as Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship from Tulane University.
