Kelsey Ryan

Kelsey Ryan is a seasoned professional in care coordination and social services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Care Coordination at Unite Us since September 2021, following roles as Care Coordinator II and Care Coordinator. Prior to Unite Us, Kelsey worked as a Navigator at the United Way of the Midlands from August 2020 to September 2021 and as a Specialized Crisis Counselor at Vibrant Emotional Health from December 2019 to August 2020. Additional experience includes positions as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Tanager Place and Olson Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic, a Special Education Paraprofessional at Cedar Rapids Community School District, a Domestic Violence Advocate at Waypoint Services, and a Youth Counselor II at Four Oaks. Kelsey holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, both from Mount Mercy University.
