Laura Przysiecki

Laura Przysiecki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Unite Us since April 2025, Przysiecki leads a mission-driven team focused on enhancing community engagement through strategic talent initiatives. Prior to this role, Przysiecki acted as Fractional Head of Human Resources at Amazing Care Home Health Services during a transitional period, implementing key operational efficiencies. Previous experience includes serving as Global Head of Talent & DEIB at Merative, where Przysiecki co-led the divestiture from IBM and established critical HR functions. At IBM, Przysiecki was Global Senior HR Leader for the Watson Health division, developing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple countries. Earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Truven Health Analytics, where Przysiecki provided strategic consulting to executives, as well as a director-level position in HR. Laura Przysiecki holds a BBA in Human Resources from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
