Molly Harris

Molly Harris is the Director of Compliance at Unite Us. Molly has over 10 years of experience in compliance and legal operations. Prior to joining Unite Us, Molly was the Compliance Officer at Baby+Co., where they oversaw contracting, HIPAA/HITECH, and CMS best practices. Molly also served as the Assistant Director of Speech-Interpretation Events at Durham Academy and as a Student Fellow at Elon University School of Law.

Molly Harris has a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Youngstown State University. Molly is also certified as a HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) and as a Notary Public by the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State.

They work with Paul Fassbender - VP, Corporate Strategy, Regulatory & Government Affairs, Alex Lipton - Deputy General Counsel, Legal & Strategy, and Eric Beane - VP of Regulatory & Government Affairs. Molly Harris reports to Esther Farkas, SVP of Corporate Development & Chief Legal Officer.
