Tiffany Zeiner

Tiffany Zeiner, BSW, is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in coordinating care and case management. Currently serving as Care Coordinator II at Unite Us since April 2021, Tiffany directs interest meetings with potential partner organizations and actively engages the existing network to ensure effective community resource support. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Lead Case Manager at United Way of South Hampton Roads from October 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included engaging with veterans and service members to assess and triage their needs. Prior experience as a Housing Specialist at Virginia Supportive Housing involved conducting diagnostic interviews and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Virginia Wesleyan University.
