Earlier in Scott's career, leadership roles included President/CEO at Continental Security Services, Inc. from July 1997 to June 1999, as well as significant experience in law enforcement as Police Officer II for the City of Pittsburgh and Police Officer for the City of Norfolk, VA. Scott's career began in the United States Navy, where Scott served as Military Police/Master At Arms E-6 from July 1981 to December 1989.
