Daina Blitz M.D.

Daina Blitz, MD, is a highly experienced cardiothoracic anesthesiologist currently working at United Anesthesia Services since September 2021. Prior to this role, Daina served as an Assistant Professor in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Emory University School of Medicine from July 2020 to July 2021 and completed a fellowship in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020. Daina's extensive training includes serving as Chief Resident and Resident Physician at Yale New Haven Hospital between June 2015 and June 2019, and an EMS Instructor at Northwell Health from August 2010 to August 2014. Daina completed medical education at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, following a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Boston University.
