Luis Mercader

Luis Mercader is a highly experienced medical professional with extensive expertise in anesthesiology. Since June 2011, Luis has served as the Medical Director at New Britain Surgery Center. Concurrently, Luis has held the position of Anesthesiologist at Anesthesia Associates of Abington since July 1995 and leads the UAS Abington Division at United Anesthesia Services. Prior to these roles, Luis served as an Anesthesiologist in the US Navy from July 1992 to June 1995. Luis earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the UPR School of Medicine and completed an Anesthesia Residency Program at Temple University Hospital. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from Duquesne University.
