Tim Lohrmann

Tim Lohrmann, CPM, is an accomplished real estate management professional with extensive experience in regional leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at United Apartment Group since February 2020, Tim Lohrmann previously held positions as Regional Manager at both American Landmark Apartments and United Apartment Group. Tim Lohrmann also gained valuable expertise as Regional Manager at Allen Harrison Company and served in various roles, including Area Manager and Property Manager, at The Michelson Organization. Tim Lohrmann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University, which was earned from 2003 to 2007.
