Shahid Mohamed

Shahid Mohamed is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Capital, Market & ALM Risks at United Arab Bank since December 2022. Prior experience includes a vice presidency at First Abu Dhabi Bank from December 2018 to November 2022 and a senior management role at Al Hilal Bank from March 2017 to November 2018, focusing on Risk Analytics and Risk Architecture. Shahid's career in risk management began at FGB, where responsibilities included preparation of Basel II Capital Adequacy Returns and the implementation of key risk modules. Early career stages included positions in customer support and network operations. Shahid holds an MBA in Finance from S P Jain School of Global Management and a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Model Engineering College.
