Jonathon Adler

Jonathon Adler is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Heart of Florida United Way since December 2021, Jonathon champions the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Committee. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner for LEGOLAND Florida Resort, where Jonathon played a vital role in the launch of the world’s first Peppa Pig Theme Park, and Chief People Officer at WUCF. Additional experience encompasses roles in administration and culture at Orlando Health, employee recognition at Health First, and HR management at Brooke Insurance. Jonathon holds an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, along with an Associate of Arts in Musical Theatre from Eastern Florida State College. Participation in Leadership Orlando further underscores Jonathon’s commitment to professional development.
