Wendy Givoglu

Wendy Givoglu serves as the Provost for Downtown, Winter Park, and Transfer Initiatives at Valencia College since May 2022, following a distinguished career at the institution that began in 1998. During this time, Wendy held several key positions, including Interim Campus President for the East and Winter Park campuses, Dean of the School of Arts and Entertainment, and Professor of Humanities and Art History. Wendy Givoglu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Texts & Technology from the University of Central Florida between 2012 and 2018, and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Florida State University.
