Melodi McAdams

Melodi McAdams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cultural resource management and tribal heritage. Currently serving as the Senior Tribal Heritage Manager at the United Auburn Indian Community since March 2011, Melodi has held multiple titles including Tribal Heritage Manager and Cultural Resources Supervisor. Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to CEQA/NEPA documents, overseeing NAGPRA repatriation processes, and maintaining a GIS database of Tribal Cultural Resources. Prior to this role, Melodi worked as a Cultural Resources Associate and NAGPRA Assistant at California State University, Sacramento from June 2008 to March 2011. Melodi holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
