Naima Mwina Mwawasi

Naima Mwina Mwawasi currently serves as the ESA Regional & Country Head Customer Experience at UBA Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Naima founded and managed Content CX Consulting Ltd. as a Customer Experience Consultant from May 2018 to October 2023. Experience includes a managerial position as Inflight Purser/Manager with Emirates Group from July 2003 to October 2018 and administrative roles at Lions Clubs International and Digital Imaging Systems Ltd. Kenya. Naima holds a Global MBA in International Business from the London School of Business and Finance and has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California Miramar University.
