Dixie Garber

Dixie Garber worked as an Audit Manager at PBGH, LLP from 1996 to 2004, overseeing financial audits for institutions and local governments. Dixie then served as VP of Special Projects & Assistant to the President at Rockingham Heritage Bank from 2004 to 2007 before becoming the Senior Vice President, Sr Credit Risk Officer at United Bankshares, Inc in 2007. In their role at Rockingham Heritage Bank, they implemented Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and assisted with quarterly updates and annual testing.

Dixie Garber graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from JMU College of Business in 1994. Dixie later attended Virginia Banker's School of Bank Mgmt from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Banking.
