Ralph Draetta has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and banking industry. Ralph has held various roles at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Union Bank, and United Bank Inc, with responsibilities including relationship management, loan origination, underwriting, risk management, and portfolio monitoring. Ralph has a strong background in providing construction and interim financing for commercial real estate projects and has successfully managed distressed assets. Throughout their career, Ralph has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze financial data, identify and manage risks, and establish new client relationships.

Ralph Draetta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from West Virginia University. Ralph also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
