Prior to this role, Elvi held positions as System Network Administrator and IT Administrator at ABIESSE from October 2018 to September 2021, and as IT Infrastructure Engineer at IPRO - Immovable Property Registration Office from March 2012 to October 2018. Elvi began a career as an IT Specialist at ZVRPP Tirane from February 2010 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, completed in 2013 and 2009 respectively.
