Laree Waanders

Laree Waanders has accumulated extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Mortgage Underwriter Officer at United Bank since November 2018. Concurrently, Laree holds the position of Deputy Treasurer for Allegan Township and has been actively involved as a board member with The Arc of Allegan County since October 2022. With a leadership background demonstrated through past presidency at Saugatuck Douglas Rotary and membership in the West Coast Chamber of Commerce, Laree has also held various roles in lending, including Mortgage Loan Officer at Horizon Bank and Branch Manager at Chemical Bank. Laree's early career featured retail lending responsibilities at Macatawa Bank, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in consumer and small business lending. Laree is an alumna of Hope College.
