Karen Rinne

Karen Rinne currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at United Bank of Union, a position held since April 2018, having previously held roles as Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Karen was a Human Resources Specialist at East Central College from January 1987 to June 2017, where responsibilities included new employee orientation, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, and managing health and wellness initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role in Human Resources at Six Flags St. Louis from 1984 to 1986.
