Jeff Van-der-Eems

Jeff Van-der-Eems has extensive experience in executive leadership within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of both United Biscuits and United Biscuits International since 2015 and 2013 respectively, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at United Biscuits from 2007 to 2013. Prior to this, Jeff accumulated significant experience at PepsiCo, where roles included Chief Financial Officer for both the UK & Ireland and PepsiCo International, as well as Chief Financial Officer for Frito-Lay in the EMEA region. Earlier career steps included a Director position in Mergers & Acquisitions at Sakura Bank. Jeff holds a Master’s in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in English from UC Irvine and the University of Kent.
