Steve Wardlaw is an experienced construction professional with a notable background in logistics and management. Currently serving as the Construction Logistics Manager and Vice President at United Built Homes since February 2004, Steve coordinates operations between 22 Local Branch Offices and the Corporate Office, focusing on pricing, CAD, and materials management. Previously, Steve held the position of Regional Construction Manager, overseeing the construction of approximately 100 custom residential home projects annually across five states. Additionally, Steve served as the Owner of Walden Homes and Construction Company, LLC from April 1998 to January 2005. Steve’s educational background includes studies at Louisiana Tech University and LSU Shreveport.
