Prior to this role, Matt was the Head Bartender/Manager at NOVA Restaurant from August 2007 to May 2010, where responsibilities included managing bar operations, overseeing stock and scheduling, and developing new beverage offerings. Matt holds a degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
