Sunday Asabor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sunday currently holds the position of SVP/Head, Project Finance at United Capital Plc since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at the Pan African Women Empowerment Network (PAWEN) starting from July 2021. From December 2015, Sunday worked as a Teaching Faculty at New Frontiers Learning Centre. Sunday also held the position of SVP/Head, Energy Advisory at Argentil Group from April 2013 until March 2023. Before that, Sunday worked as a Senior Associate at BGL Plc from September 2008 to March 2013. Sunday Asabor, CFA, FCA, MBA, completed their education in a chronological order. Sunday obtained a Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, which they pursued from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Lagos from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, Sunday obtained their CFA certification from the CFA Institute, and in 2007, they obtained their FCA certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
In 2019, Sunday enrolled at IE Business School, where they pursued an Executive MBA, completing it in 2020.
