Pat Rios is the Director at UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF GREATER CLEVELAND INC. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director, Capital Program Management at Cleveland Clinic from July 2017 to February 2020. Pat was responsible for directing the Cleveland Clinic’s $2.5 billion Infrastructure, Engineering, and Construction programs, overseeing turnkey delivery of new healthcare facilities in the U.S. and Internationally.

From July 2016 to July 2017, Pat was the Senior Program Manager, Energy and Infrastructure at Siemens. In this role, they were responsible for implementation of energy savings performance contracts at military installations throughout Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia. Pat also directed the efforts of Siemens business units and subcontractors to safely deliver energy project solutions, on-time and within budget.

Pat has also served in the US Navy in various roles including Commanding Officer from July 2014 to July 2016, Regional Program Director, Facilities and Environmental (N4) from July 2014 to July 2016, and Enterprise Program Director, Facilities and Environmental (N4) from July 2012 to July 2014.

Pat Rios has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The Citadel, a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from The George Washington University, and a Graduate Certificate in National Security Studies from the Naval War College. In addition, Rios has a certification from the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager and a certification from the Department of Defense as a Defense Acquisition Corps - Level III (Unlimited) Contracting Officer. Rios is also a Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia.
