Scott Winters

As Facility and Fleet Manager, Scott is responsible for the maintenance of UCP’s facilities, grounds and fleet of vehicles across 17 counties. He is also responsible for maintenance and monitoring of facility safety and security protocols, acquisition planning for new leased/purchased properties, management of the capital budget, and procurement of services to support the effective operations of UCP facilities. He brings to the position 40+ years of facility management and maintenance experience. A commercial facility specialist, he is proficient in all phases of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Scott’s servant leader approach to project work, from concept to completion, is invaluable in providing quality customer service.
