Sierra Wood

Sierra Wood possesses extensive experience in mental health counseling and crisis intervention, currently serving as an Outpatient Therapist at Restore Counseling, where comprehensive services are provided to adolescents and adults. Since September 2019, Sierra has been a Crisis Counselor at WellSpan Health, responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating community outreach. Additional roles include Social Service Therapist at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital and Direct Support Staff at UCP Central PA, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and community integration. As Founder and CEO of Meraki Mocha, Sierra has successfully led initiatives to employ individuals with autism and intellectual developmental disabilities. Sierra's educational background includes a Doctor of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Trauma Informed Practice Certification from Elizabethtown College.
