Eric Ciampa

Eric Ciampa is currently the Chief Operating Officer at UCP of Sacramento and Northern California. Prior to this role, Eric also held positions such as Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Club of Placer County and Pastor of Discipleship at Christ's Church of the Valley. Eric has a background in discipleship and leadership development, having designed and managed an early discipleship program and raised up a group of key leaders. Eric holds degrees from Claremont Graduate University and Azusa Pacific University.
