Saskia Kramer has served as a Conductor Teacher at the International Academy of Hope from November 2014 to June 2016. Following this, they took on the role of Program Director and Conductor Teacher at United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay starting in July 2016.

Saskia Kramer graduated from Török Ignác Gimnázium/Highschool in 2010 with a diploma. Saskia then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in conductive education from Mozgássérült Pető András Nevelő és Nevelőképző intézete in 2014.
