Dan Fagan

Dan Fagan currently serves as the Vice President of Care and Housing, Executive Director of Housing and Services, and Director of Population Health at United Church Homes since May 2020. Prior to this, Dan held various roles at the Ohio Department of Aging from June 2018 to May 2020, including Strategy and Operations Manager and Human Services Program Administrator. Dan's experience also includes a tenure at National Church Residences from October 2009 to June 2018, where positions included Vice President for Population Health Management Home and Community Services, Vice President for Home and Community Services Operations, and Vice President of Support Services. Dan Fagan holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
