Kevin Deegan

Kevin Deegan serves as the Vice President of Corporate Ventures at United Church Homes since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Affordable Origination at Lument from February 2018 to August 2023, following the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with ORIX Real Estate Capital brands. Kevin has also served as Director at National Valuation Consultants, Inc. and Vice President of Acquisitions at Greystone & Co., where a significant focus was on building a portfolio of affordable housing properties through Harmony Housing. Earlier in Kevin's career, experience included Senior Vice President at Centerline Capital Group, where responsibilities involved a substantial Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) portfolio and managing distressed properties. Additional roles included Associate positions at The Schonbraunn McCann Group and Bear Stearns, as well as an Analyst position at Merrill Lynch. Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.
