Nate Bollinger

Nathan Bollinger serves as the Vice President of Asset Stewardship & Development at United Church Homes since April 2020 and has been the Principal/Developer at Bollinger Real Estate & Investment Advisors since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Real Estate & Development at FFC Capital Corporation, Director of Real Estate Development at Clover Management, Inc., and AVP/Real Estate Manager at M&T Bank. Nathan also worked as a Senior Corporate Real Estate Representative at Parker Hannifin and as a Broker Sales Associate at Cushman & Wakefield. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Sales from The University of Akron and graduated from Wooster High School.
