With roles ranging from Chief Executive Officer to Director of Developmental Disabilities, Phil has a strong track record of leading and overseeing operations to support individuals with disabilities in gaining employment and community connections. Currently serving as a Campaign Coordinator and Project Manager at United Church Homes, Phil continues to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
