Tasondra Jardine has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2017, they became the Director of Christian Education at the United Church of Christ, where they are responsible for overseeing the education of infants to 12th graders. Tasondra also owns and operates their own business called Where the Wild Things Grow since 2011. Additionally, Tasondra has a private practice as a Licensed Interfaith Minister since 2005, where they perform various ceremonies tailored to the individuals involved. Tasondra has also worked as a full-time nanny for several families, providing childcare and helping children learn and grow. Tasondra was a co-owner of Shop T & J, an online marketing business, from 2013 to 2020. Tasondra was also the Community Relations Coordinator for the Native American Inter-Tribal Council of Western Massachusetts from 2016 to 2018.

After a gap in education, in 2017, they enrolled in the International Open Academy and completed a program to become a Certified Autism Specialist, focusing on the education and teaching of individuals with autism.
