Novrene Dulay has extensive experience in IT and media technical support, currently serving as a Volunteer Staff - IT and Media Technical Support Specialist at the United Church of God since May 2014. Previous roles include Data Mining Specialist at AspireNXT and Junior Software Tester at inriver, where responsibilities involved data validation and product monitoring for Microsoft online retailers across the EMEA region. Earlier in the career, Novrene worked as an Account Associate at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, providing customer service and technical support for AT&T's Uverse and Direct TV services. Novrene holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mindanao, completed in August 2023.
