Courtney Haggard, CICRA, CBCS, CBCM, currently serves as a Technical Planning Basis Engineer and COOP Coordinator at UCOR since January 2023. Previously, from February 2015 to March 2023, Courtney held the position of COOP Coordinator at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In addition, Courtney worked as an Emergency Management Analyst at URS Professional Solutions from May 2003 to February 2015, overseeing the Mid-America Emergency Management group and related projects for various sites across the DOE Complex. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 2000 and 2005.
