Keith Strobridge

Keith Strobridge currently serves as the Lead Electrical / I&C Systems Engineer at UCOR since July 2022. Prior to this role, Keith Strobridge had a distinguished 20-year career with the US Navy, where responsibilities included Chief EOOW Instructor at the Naval Propulsion Training Unit (NPTU), overseeing training and qualifications for Naval Officers in propulsion plant operations, and managing reactor plant safety. As Reactor Control LCPO, Keith Strobridge led a team of ten and mentored additional division chiefs, ensuring effective operation of submarine propulsion plants. In the role of NPTU Crew Chief, Keith Strobridge facilitated training for nuclear operator students and supervised 45 direct reports on maintenance practices. Keith Strobridge also held positions as a First Line Manager and Nuclear Instructor, demonstrating strong leadership and operational capabilities throughout the Naval career. Educational qualifications include studies at Thomas Edison State University and Florida State University.
