Robert S. Seigler has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in project management and procurement for demolition projects. Since March 1998, Robert has served as a Senior Procurement Engineer and Specialty Procurement Engineer at UCOR, where responsibilities include preparing technical specifications and design documentation for the demolition of K-25 facilities. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Project Engineer at Energy Solutions from August 2011 to April 2013, focusing on the K-25 Building Demolition Project, and also held a Project Engineer position at Bechtel Jacobs from 1998 to 2011. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

United Cleanup Oak Ridge is conducting major cleanup activities at the laboratory and the security complex as well as remedial activities. Their packaging, loading, shipping, and disposal of all waste from deactivation, demolition, and remediation activities. UCOR is deactivating and demolishing excess facilities, which includes remediatingcontaminated soil, water, and infrastructure.
