Masud Rayhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organization development within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Learning and Organization Development at United Commercial Bank Limited since March 2021, Masud leads the Organization Development team and oversees the Learning & Development Centre while collaborating with the Human Resources team to align people management functions. Previously, Masud held senior roles at The City Bank Ltd and Prime Bank Ltd, focusing on strategizing learning architectures, establishing training academies, and driving capacity-building initiatives. With a background in training and development at Grameenphone Ltd, Masud possesses a solid foundation in enhancing employee efficiency through tailored training solutions.
