Josh Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Josh has held positions at various companies, including United Communications, Athena Broadband, EnterSource, and Newell Rubbermaid. At United Communications, they served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Business Development Officer, and Director of Business Development. Josh led a customer-centric team focused on achieving outstanding customer reviews, record sales growth, and maintaining world-class Net Promoter Scores. At Athena Broadband, they worked as a Managing Partner, and at EnterSource, they were the Co-Owner and President. Within five years, they grew EnterSource from 2 employees to over 50 and identified market opportunities for significant sales growth. Josh also has experience at Newell Rubbermaid as a Transportation Manager, Outbound Planner, and Distribution Supervisor.

Josh Lynch has a diverse education history. Josh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lee University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA with a specialization in Strategic Leadership from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, which they are set to complete in 2023. Additionally, Josh has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Josh is a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), having obtained this certification in April 2022. Josh also holds a certification as a Network Specialist in Computer Information Technology from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Shelbyville, obtained in 2014. Furthermore, they have completed the Tower Rescue certification from Comtrain in April 2011.
