Tessa Cournoyer

Tessa Cournoyer is an experienced Family Support Specialist currently working at United Community & Family Services since June 2021, with previous experience in a similar role at the same organization from May 2019 to December 2020. Tessa has also served as a Case Manager at Perception Programs for a brief period in 2021. In these roles, Tessa focuses on providing comprehensive case management support to clients, assisting with state assistance applications, job searches, education reintegration, and connecting clients to community resources. Prior to their work in social services, Tessa held positions in retail, including Assistant Store Manager and Retail Sales Associate at Eddie Bauer, where responsibilities included promoting a positive customer experience and training staff. Tessa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 2018 and graduated from Norwich Free Academy in 2014.
